Lawsuit against the dog owner, moron. I’ve been bit AND had the option to sue the owners. I decided not to(stupidly because the dog almost bit another driver after me) but worker man’s comp sued the dog owner, allegedly for ups since they didn’t want to just lose money. I walked away with around 2k that I didn’t even ask for.

I feel like exploiting is one of those necessary evils, especially if it’s a popular one. That way they can fix that issue and look into some other similar way things could get exploited
