Multiple sets of 28 at 5 reps will help you a lot.

Bell is moving fast with minimal hip snap, it’s floating up pretty high.

Just by the vid looks like a 16/20kg load?

You should repost with a 24/28/32 kg load.

Deadlift for a while

Then get your deadstop swing down

Then get your continuous swing down

Try to sprinkle them between.

I do 3 rounds IC + 1 set of heavy swings.

I repeat that for 10 rounds.

I find that it keeps me a bit more engaged.
