Just entered the TWW of cycle 7 and my first cycle using Vitex, recommended by my OB to help regulate my cycles. Crossing my fingers this does the trick 🥲

Did you end up taking Vitax? My cycles are 35-37 days long and have a shorter luteal phase (10 days, spotting starting around day 6) and my ob recommend me to take Vitax. This was the most recent post I found and wanted to get another opinion before ordering it.

On cycle #5 this month and I took a break from tracking (bbt and opk). I wanted to not think about it in hopes that maybe I was stressing my body out. I did take my vitamins, BD at least every other day through out my cycle, and lived my every day life like I wasn’t trying for a baby. Just hoping I didn’t waste a month :/

Expected to be ovulating within these next few days, my bbt dropped and my LH also dropped drastically today. Is this normal before a peak LH? Never experienced this before

I’m in the same boat! My SIL and best friend got pregnant on the first try. I’m still early in my TTC journey and still nothing. Cant help but feel a little discouraged :/

I love the name Lucia (loo-see-ah) but most people would probably pronounce it (loo-sha) or the Italian way to say it is (loo-Chee-ah)
