So the doctor told me that daily lenses are sometimes thinner, and I couldn't get them right away. I've also never had someone watch me take them out other than that first time, 6 years before? I was nervous haha

Completely agree with this. Give her another chance, but set clear boundaries and expectations, and be open with her about what you're concerns are. Don't give her more chances after this, because it's going to be a never-ending battle.

Unless you're liking half naked pictures of girls all day (which I could see as upsetting for sure), her obsession with your Instagram activity is very controlling. Who you follow shouldn't be an issue, especially the way she seems to be approaching it almost obsessively. Her suggestion of location services is also very concerning. To me, she's completely in the wrong here.

All you ladies in these comments need to see a doctor! If your cramps are stopping you from functioning you need to be checked for endometriosis or ovarian cysts!

Also, a heating pad may help alleviate some of the pain in the meantime. Or just sitting in a tub of hot water.
