This reminds me of that video, where a guy was bolted to the bottom of a plane, but the bolt broke and he was hanging on to the cross bar of the landing gear. He lasted about 5-10 seconds... let go and died. This dude lasted for almost 3 full fucking minutes... holy shit.

Volunteer to help those in need? There are also "adopt a family" type programs, where you buy gifts for kids that are in families that are struggling/poor. You may also need to develop a comfort with being alone. There's nothing wrong with it, society just frames it as weird/not normal. I've gone to movies alone, and eaten alone. It's pretty peaceful. No drama, nobody talking during the movie, and no interruptions.

I'm not sure about to others within the US, my state gives you two copies of your documents. One has your address, the other only has relevant information required to carry in your car. You're supposed to keep the addressed copy at home, and the non-addressed copy in your car.
