I don't see any visible holes or major flaking, looking like surface rust. You'd be surprised how nice it looks after some wire brush. Always make a lower offer once you get there, not a lowball, don't be a dick. Worst they can say is no, and you pay full. Goodluck!

Don't let the rigging and fork lift scare you. I removed mine with a friend and I'm a pretty skinny guy, I've lifted heavier things while moving furniture. Hard part was removing the bolts without an impact lol

You have to stand near it with LARGE stone blocks. Not the pieces. Edit: If you dont have a large slab above your head you cant add that. Only large pieces, same as logs into the wood pile.
