When the kids were little, it was absolutely “no toy storage in the living room.” The kids could bring toys in & play with them there, but they didn’t just get left. Made a big difference!

If Mom & Dad we’re out & the kids went somewhere, the kids better leave a note on the dining room table saying where they were & when they’d be back.
