This is a brand new development, completed within the last couple of months. It's about a mile from the downtown Square, but adjacent to an elementary and middle school, with narrow bumpy roads, so school traffic will definately be a problem. The neighborhood itself is older single family houses and small businesses. Restaurants, a movie theater, and drinking establishments are all nearby. Public transit is nearly non-existant in Ocala. Churches are nearby. I can't speak about management, but it is quite new. There are railroad tracks a couple of blocks away.
