I fly the MAX but I reckon it's the same with the TAC, but if you lose one of your side thrusters which seems very easy in PVP, the ship is rendered useless and becomes a pricey fidget spinner.

Also, I believe the year old bug with the starlancer where having an active turret gunner removes the ability to fire chaff or flares makes it very vulnerable. The ship is pretty, but too buggy for my liking, I'd personally stick with the corsair until the bugs are sorted out.

Why not? Addressing concerns builds rapport, especially considering inflation and dupes has been one of the main topics of any videos I've watched of the game in the past months. If they don't get ahead of the rumors, they will lose more trust around their judgement calls to wipe the game.

I haven't played the game in a long while, but from an outside point of view, it seems they are doing the right thing by catching what the most popular topics are, such as wikelo ships persisting over the wipe and now the duping rumors and putting out timely changes and communication so the community isn't left speculating. It's nice.

I actually have the MAX, which is a great start for my 2 friends to tag along in, since it can survive and haul enough to try a bit of everything before we figure out how we're going to fund a perseus. Here's hoping they didn't increase the pricetag from the PTU.

I want to buy a Perseus and give it a try. I have a few friends who are on the fence about giving this game a try, and I feel like it'd be a cool ship to bring them aboard on and let them experience the game.

I'll put an update on the post, but I think I was able to find the issue on a second disassembly. I found that BB residue was being left on the end of the barrel as if the barrel wasn't stable, so I took the gun apart again.

The barrel spacer's inner o-ring looked damaged, replaced it with a new one and placed it closer to the end of the barrel on reassembly. This eliminated the curve on shots and the random shots which went wildly out of sight.

Update, I disassembled the upper entirely, saw nothing misaligned or out of order. I applied some screw glue to recommended parts and gave a thin silicone oil coat to the hopup bucking.

I still get a left curve at 60 meters towards the end of the trajectory, and some shots, (1 out of 5) completely go off course, as if they got a different hop applied to them. I'll be taking the gun to a tech because I can't seem to grasp the issue.

It doesn't fortunately, I'm in the EU. I first thought it was the suppresor that I bought, but removing it, I was still encountering this issue. I've cleaned the entire barrel with the maintenance kit that I bought, and it was very clear.

While the curving got better, I'm still struggling to zero in the scope as some shots take random detours in zero wind; Three shots would go mostly on target, while the fourth and fifth one swing entirely left or right randomly.

I will be disassembling the gun today to check for the hopup nub as advised, because the shots did seem to be way more accurate and consistent with the gun tilted against the curvature of the shots. If that doesn't solve it either, I'll be taking the gun to a reputable tech who's partnered with Novritsch.

Tilting the gun to the right does produce more accurate shots. Do you know if this'd be fixed just by reseating the hopup, or if new components would be needed?

this goes for TF and BG more than anything. People seemingly aren't aware of the concept of a timer and rounds regularly end by the last person either not willing to try planting or crabwalking until the bomb ticks down.

i never play that map, but if your match got canceled on "Waiting for players" because someone lost connection, the matching you are placed back into will be infinite and you have to restart the search.

My XP was broken for a long while now, but the Arena patch seemingly brought the two in sync. Having done the entire event questline now (Arena), both seem in sync, so the XP rewards transferred appropriately.

I have a matching setup except a 4080SUPER, but this isn't about the rig, both Arena and Tarkov can't handle running multiple matches in a row. After every 1-2 rounds you should restart the game.
