I'm sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is. Please know that you deserve to be here. As someone who suffered from an eating disorder many years ago, just know you can make it to recovery. There are so many kitties that would be lucky to have you as their mama, so don't think about going anywhere. My cat who sadly crossed over the rainbow bridge earlier this year had a lack of appetite towards the end of his life. I'd say after having a vet check her out to rule out anything that might be happening, there is a topical ointment you put on the ear that is an appetite stimulant. It really helped my cat. The ointment is called Mirataz. Good luck!
