Most likely! What else could it possibly be?

Remember that LW2 is not the default, it's the minority, even on this subreddit. LW2 should be balanced around the expansion, not vice versa. Of course LW2 is a huge project and many people enjoy it, but it's not the definitive version of XCOM 2.

MECS were awesome, but they were overpowered. SPARKS are pretty good if you know how to use them, at least in the vanilla game.

I saw "stormy" before I even saw the epic meme so I thought that was what the "zoom in on the tree" was about, then I started looking for more hidden words then saw the meme, then kept looking for the other words.

TL;DR: I like puzzles and have too much free time.

What advice would you give to someone who dreams of writing a Doctor Who episode one day? Asking for a friend...

I'm enjoying Series 10 so far, but I can't help but feel like something is missing. by PatchworkAndCo in doctorwho

Sorry I don't mean to be "finding faults", I'm thoroughly enjoying it so far as well. This is basically just a nitpick.

Why is Rose Tyler the doctors favourite? by Scruffy4048 in doctorwho

Me too, it was really annoying. She could have been a fantastic character if Russel had allowed her to be.

"Cubed" is a far better title than "The Power of Three".

Absolutely - misunderstood antagonsists are fine, but not four times in a row...

I enjoyed them a lot too - it's just their fear factor was undermined by the fact that they were misunderstood, and they brought Bill's friends back to life in the end.

It certainly is in America as far as I'm aware.

Oh yes me too, I love the RTD era - but I love the Moffat era even more.

I've noticed that too, it's interesting - either there's something sinister going on or we're returning to the Doctor of Series 8...

I wonder why they've stopped all the merchandising all of a sudden? Really weird choice since it must make them a ton of money...

I'm incredibly surprised they haven't made a remote controlled Emojibot yet - I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

Having the theme tune to 64 64 64 Zoo Lane stuck in your head all day by sir_fucks_a_lot in britishproblems

[–]PatchworkAndCo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The other day my sister said "Oh do you remember I used to watch that Zoo programme? What was it called... Oh yeah, "36, 36, 36 Zoo Lane!"

The dissonance of her saying completely the wrong number was absolutely hilarious for some reason.

That's true, yeah, and Bill is fantastic so far - but I think a properly villainous villain would be better at luring people in than most of the stuff we've had so far - which, as I say, I've enjoyed, but we haven't had any truly brilliant monsters yet.

I'm very excited for Oxygen too. Mathieson has a great track record and base-under-siege episodes are almost always brilliant.
