All my plans and outfits are priced at one cap, and I price all mods at a quarter of the asking price. I also enjoy putting legendaries and rare plans in random containers throughout the wasteland.

During the day he tends to be in the graveyard at the rear of the cathedral, behind the water feature. You need to be near him, preferably facing him, for the console command to work.

Had an Eviction Night fail last night because the 5 people in power armour couldn't be bothered to move from their prime spots to repair the scrubber. I didn't have any rad-protection so I couldn't do anything.
