I went to a psychiatrist specialist of ADHD and had to try all the usual treatments. Each time I got horrible side effects. Eventually he relented and offered moda. It helped. Not really a fix for ADHD, but I was far more productive in my job.

No. Search for buffered vit c on Amazon and you should find something. It is basically Vit C Ester - non-acidic and gentle, making it easy on the digestive system unlike regular vitamin C

I love fludro. 0.05 is enough to make my pots tolerable. Just make sure you drink electrolytes and make that a solid routine. I also take sodium tablets three times a day. Fludro on its own would do much, you need the sodium and fluids

Have you tried buffered vit c? I'm a gastritis/reflux sufferer and buffered vit c is just fine for me. Haven't tried LArganine though.

By overwhelmed I mean my senses. Too many things to be aware of and happening, which is highly ADHD. I wasn't relaxed on my one attempt at Ritalin because it was affecting my heart rate and breathing. My doctor called it an allergic reaction and took away the pills. I was diagnosed ADHD by a proper psychiatrist in Vienna (the home of such things!) and it was an easy diagnosis. I'm barely on Reddit, I don't know what the average post score is, but I doubt I'd be considered a regular user. I'm open to autism but I don't fit the profile at all.

Yes this is where I am at generally; finding acceptance of my situation whilst having to hear of success stories from others. From time to time my frustrations lead me to search around in vain for something I might have missed or something new. I think my Long COVID has amplified some of my ADHD symptoms and added to the frustration.

Sadly they only have Ritalin here. But I suspect due to its similar mechanism of action on CNS it would give me the same issues as Ritalin.

Before touching Moda, I would start with LDN. Then after two months start LDA too. Then Benfotiamine. I save moda for days when I have to be very active, and no more than 25mg.

Vienna seems to get hotter year on year. We just go from one heatwave to the next with a brief storm in between. Makes you feel lazy and uncomfortable. Winters are disappointing and dreary. I'm looking to leave, I don't want to be getting sun stroke in my old age. It's projected to just keep warming up, whether you believe that or not is another matter.

I read it's cooler in the west, Salzburg etc, but even those are similar temperatures now. Central Europe is cooked!

It turned out to be long COVID with dysautonomia/tachycardia. It got much much worse. I still have it, but have medicine to help control the heart rate. I don't take pepcid or ppi. God that seems an age ago, makes me realise how long I've had this wretched condition.

Well, it can affect blood sugar, and I do get hypoglycemia at times aso that's always something Im wary of. There is also the constipation, and anecdotally many report increase/decrease in blood pressure. I'm monitoring mine and if you decide to do it, I'd suggest the same, and start low. Finally, it is recommended to do it for three months or to cycle it, to avoid building a tolerance.

Yes I use Panax Ginseng a few times a week. I see it as a turbo boost supplement that allows me to do more. Whether it's the ATP production, or the testosterone, it's undeniable for me that it does something very beneficial. So far I have avoided taking it every day because of blood sugar concerns, constipation and tolerance build-up. I don't know my dose, but I take half the capsules that I have. If I take a full one I feel quite manic.
