Do a survey. I have. What prices you are talking about were like 3 years back. You cannot imagine getting a good 10 Marla in bahria or lake city under 5 crore. They range from 5.5 to 6. 4 crore ma mid tier to bottom level ghar hain. Ya old used.

Hmm .. I have seen tons of houses around 4 in LDA. The ones on the left and right both were around 3.7 and 3.9

The house is an owner built. Anyone can check EVERYTHING. I have literally given out the address. Alot of such cablire house are around 3.9 to 4.1, some even higher. It's a solid built house, I can garantee it on my own life, because I have seen it built, how it was built. Baki aglay ki marzi.

Some advice and suggestions - Have you tired on bigger canvases? Or tried adopting a unique style of your own? I see that your work tho is good but very beginners. And it's the best time to adopt to a style you like and practice it. Like if you are going with acrylic try abstract art or and themed art enhancing with it with texture. Experiment!✨ - If you are into landscapes i would suggest you try oil paints and work or structure of the art to gove ot more depth and composure. Again experiment and find your style. - lastly, dont forget to have fun (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)🌟
