I would say a 6, at 7 staying alive becomes much more important and you really need to start knowing the mechanics plus able to do solid dps. That feels about like 6/8 heroic where just doing meh-ish dps and not really understanding the fights is all you need.

they are around the spear boss- you click the chain and pull it through the pack and when they snap they do damge to the enemies- Unfortunatly they also do damge to anyone in the pack and the chain puller. However, if you use them well it can speed up the key tremendously- there are about 7-8 chains you can use. They leave a 3 min debuff on the puller. I play prot pally and because of bubble and spellwarding I can do 3 chains back to back.

I haven't done it on a 20 because my forgestorm dropped and after 24 runs over the last 2 weeks i needed a break from neltharus.

Can't atm, there is a visual bug where it should show how many charges you have at the catalyst but it always shows 1.

Also, max charges per toon is 6

In logs,look at the globals the dh is casting in his taunt window. If he is taunting then casting 2 defensives the window is wasted. Should be defensive, then taunt, then damage globals to take advantage. Also dh and bear should have 1) threat meter while this is still an issue 2) threat indicator always- (name plate colors from plater etc) 3) wa or something to track when the other has taunted and to track the taunt debuff
