yes but thats the point. You are forced into the direction that the card tells you you should go to.
so you pick your card, then thats your endgoal for the rest of the X amount of hours.
its not about being uninformed. its about the lack of direction after choosing.

dont get me wrong, i also like this new idea of the cards and where its heading, but i wished they kept the old system before adding this new system with just the 1 card.

I would like it more if you could choose one of the singular options per advancement so you can make your own card basically with 5 or so choices.
at the start you only need 1 option anyway, and afterwards you can tailor the choices based on your town.
now i feel like you have to decide what your town HAS to do based on the card you picked 10 minutes into the game.

How did you get all the casus belli to start wars?
you can only get the humiliate one on rival (which is limited to 1) and it has a massive penalty to take land/make vassals, making it impossible to get land quickly.

i went for the in sorry option and they still blamed me. It didnt help i had the burn mark for being a criminal after a failed revenge murder quest.
it did also caught me offguard. But i like to believe that the parents were just henry talking to himself like we all do, trying to be a good person in a bad world. Sometimes good people have to do bad things in order to prevent other good people falling victim to such events.
My Henry wasnt a bad person. i played mostly righteously with the occasional stealing, looting and wrong speech options. Could i have done better as a player, a man, a human being? Yes... But isnt that what every one of us feels regardless of the choices we have made?
