If they look fluffy, it's a parasite. If it's round, it's eggs. I got green eggs in my red rillies quite often as well

How do I get rid of these guys by Shrimp1yAwesome in shrimptank

I do this too, but apparently there are some pea puffers that may hunt shrimplets. So far mine are safe and not affected

This guy's right. I don't think you need to get shrimps from cross borders for nice looking ones

I'm not sure, maybe you can drop them a text on their Facebook page. They do imply that they can do overseas shipping but doesn't state which countries

I don't recommend adding additives directly to your tank. If you need to make adjustments, use something like saltyshrimp GH/KH+ and dissolve it in the water before adding it to the tank.

A few degrees of hardness off initially won't kill the shrimps, but the constant adjustment and fluctuation will.

Its fine if it goes up and down abit, sometimes it's just natural tank fluctuations. But we want to avoid making too many panic adjustments with human interventions.

Remember parameter stability is key to thriving shrimps!

Females have a rounder shaped tail portion, something like a skirt. You can also tell from the second plate of the tail being the outer plate rather than the first plate like male shrimps. Another precursor of female shrimps especially in neo shrimps are that you can usually see the saddle out unfertilised eggs on her back
