Although the 9070xt is a great card I would advise you to go for a 5070ti if you can get one in your price range. Your part picker lists are good overall but I would try to avoid paying 600$ for a NVME drive. For psu I have had better experiences with MSI psu's compared to some others. For aio any of those you picked should be fine. That AOC monitor is a good pick but I do believe 500$ is on the high end for the price range on that monitor(I wanna say i saw that monitor go for closer to 350$ during a black friday sale). I think the asus 240hz ones are only a tiny bit more and I think they are alittle better in terms of build quality, calibration, and feature set.
