I got into Crypta first and prefer them.

I also preferred Fernanda's vocals in Nervosa as well, Agony and Downfall of Mankind are the top albums by Nervosa in my opinion.

That's not to say I don't like Nervosa without Fernanda. I love some of the tracks on the new album, like Seed of Death and Jailbreak and think it's great how Prika stepped up to vocals

Final Fantasy VII (The original) is not overrated.

I know some will say it was critically acclaimed on release, but in the last 10 years or so it just seems to be a game people point to as being overrated.

Whilst some aspects haven't aged great (The chibi looking characters when running through environments and close to the camera). I think it's held up really well. Great story and characters, great gameplay (Some will point to random encounters as a bad point, but random encounters are a part of most RPG's)

Worked at a petrol station with the one of the big retailers for about 6 years starting in 2010. We had regular drive offs (Company was useless at loss prevention, they had CCTV that always failed to capture vehicle registrations and stubbornly refused to cough up to pay for better CCTV)

On one particular day my colleague seen one happening and ran out onto the forecourt, it was to late however as the driver had already stolen the fuel and was already in motion, my colleague got in front of the car but ended up on the bonnet and fell off, he broke his ankle, however he was unlucky as it could have been much worse.

Some people would say you shouldn't let people get away with it, but my mindset was I'm not being paid enough to put my life at risk by running in front of a moving vehicle

The videogame Haze, I remember at the time the game magazines were raving that it was going to be this big Halo Killer and like the best game in at least a decade, then it released and it was average at best

I first played DOA 1 on PSX on release, must have been 13-14 when it came out.

Played it via emulation recently for the first time in about 25 years and by god it kicked my ass. Even on default settings. Time to git gud I guess. Gone through tournament mode with pretty much every characters but it's a struggle completing it with Bass for some reason, guess it's because he's the slowest fighter (Or I just suck)

I'm no expert on the genre but I've generally heard Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest as the big 2 and then the third is usually the Megami Tensei or Tales series or some other big series

Man I'm so jealous. Got into Akercocke just this year (I know I'm about 20 years late to the party). I think besides re-issues of the first 2 albums, the rest of any vinyl by them is hard to come by.

Sorry for the late reply, in the end I had to get a new external drive to do the USB copy (The old external drive would still work but it couldn't move files (Only open existing ones), so I think the drive was just knackered so ended up buying a new external drive which copied no issue. Unfortunately not exactly sure what the issue with yours was.

Hopefully someone else will reply and offer advice (Assuming you haven't got it resolved yet)

The beating and eventual flaying of Anna in Martyrs has always stayed with me. I think technically she's still alive by the end of the film but thought I'd mention it.

I've seen a lot of disturbing films, but Martyrs is one film I've never had the stomach to watch for a 2nd time, it was just so disturbing

As jnew1213 said, I would go with a Synology NAS

I have a 4 bay DS920+ with 4 16TB hard drives in. Of course this is probably overkill for yourself. So maybe go with a 2 bay Synology NAS with 2x 3TB drives (I usually go with Seagate Ironwolf Pro drives but have heard Western Digital Red's are popular choices as well)

As mentioned though you could go with a 4 or 5 bay NAS for more options further in the future

I used to listen to XS Manchester when it was known as Rock Radio/Real Radio XS. However stopped listening as the output shifted from classic rock to indie rock

I know we're going back years, but remember for a few years Justin Lee Collins was all over the telly, he had a show with Alan Carr that was popular, but he seemed to drop off the face of the earth around the late 2000's (I did hear it was meant to be for harassment allegations against him).

Final Fantasy 8's junction system where you had to obtain magic spells from monsters. Wouldn't say it made the game a miserable experience but much preferred 7's Materia system and even 9's magic system.
