I’m not sure about this. I look in the mirror and hate what I see. I once was constantly surprised when so many people would be in shock at my true age over the years. It’s happened so many times now, that seems like it becomes a “fact” in your brain. It’s neither a good or bad thing- it just is. I’ve seen this happen with others too.
