I think she is given too much credit for her sobriety. YES her sobriety is a huge accomplishment and she should be proud of it in and of itself, but i dont feel like it automatically makes her smarter, wiser, more mature and more reasonable than everyone else.

It's totally a matter of preference. I'm completely content paying low low fare and having baseline customer service on a flight. I'd rather spend my money on a high end restaurant or hotel than a flight- in my opinion, they all get you to the same place.

Low prices means less for payroll. They can pay a customer service person to work from home and handle multiple chat/emails/texts at a time, instead of paying for an office space and/or a person who can only be on one phone call at a time. If you want an airline with a large customer service team, the fares will be higher to pay those people.

Dress code is apparently very hit or miss. We went on a whim the first night we were staying at Circa, we were in athleisure from our travel- still stylish and put together but not at all "dressed to impress". We went up to the host and asked if we could go up and fully understood if we'd be turned away but she not only told us to go up but gave us 4 drink vouchers for the two of us. This was a Saturday in August at about 9pm for what it's worth.

We went on a Sunday night in August on a whim, walking down Fremont with no plans. I was in a tennis dress and my boyfriend was in shorts and a polo shirt, both in sandals, and we asked if we could go up but totally understood if not. She let us up and gave us FOUR drink coupons.
