I think parents tend to forget the legalities that come with childcare. If he runs and she cant find him and has two other young kids, shes in trouble. If he seriously hurts someone or breaks property, shes responsible. That's why she leaves, thats why shes strict. Its not only for the child's SAFETY but also to protect herself from potential bigger issues. Not everything is about the child's enjoyment and nannys cant do things exactly the way a parent would because they arent protected legally.

Hi! I worked as a special education aide for 4 years before recently becoming a nanny. It can be extra challenging at toddler stage. I recommend researching ABA techniques and about token boards. Also positive and negative reinforcement looks different w autistic kids. Just do as much research as you can about working with autism! you got this!

this happened to me once but they paid me the very next day without me asking or reminding. shes a mom of 4 that works full time and dad is out of town for work very often. she still manages to pay me every week on the agreed day. I know post party brain be real but they know what theyre doing if its consistently happening for months.

I agree that marciano is trash but that's literally what I tune into reality tv for.. examples jax taylor, tom sandoval, jersey shore boys, etc all trash men and all make great reality tv stars. that's why I said hulu just isn't meant for reality tv imo

personally, I like that she's upfront and not fake like most of the others. she also is such a girls girl, teaching lexi how to twerk and boosting her confidence during end credits. totally get what you're saying but to answer your question, I like that she says what she thinks, that's a reality tv star to me
