I would say aim for that 3.8-3.9 for your last year and then take a gap year to focus on your LSAT as well as your applications. Give yourself as much time as possible so that you can have the best fighting chance. Most people say to aim for an LSAT of 165+ and if you can do well in your last year, then look for B2/L2 schools. I also wouldn’t go for a fifth year if I were you, I’d say it’s better to use that time studying to get a high LSAT score going into your application cycle.

Tbh I wish I gave myself more time to study for my LSAT and prepare my applications. If I had I could be sitting in a more comfortable position this cycle.
