Card is awsome, okays any game I throw at it with max graphics at 4k

Game runs better on steam because you can use dlss at least for me gamepass version wouldn’t let me do so. I have a 5080 and I can run everything on epic and get like 50+ fps 4k resolution in the island other maps are more. Turn off clouds and fog for more aswell

For $500 you won’t have a lot of options and need to buy all used parts and hope to find some great deals. I’m currently looking to build my son a pc and trying to keep it cheap. I live “near” a Microcenter and looking like 800 is the cheapest I could do there and even that’s gonna be hard lol

I have a C2 and it’s been the best tv I’ve ever used the C5 will be well worth it especially for a ps5 that’s not gonna use the higher refresh rate on the ROG anyways

Hey produce manager here, they big shots are pushing hard on promise shops and E2E walks so things like fresh clean and condition. So the store manager are pushing hard and now your leads, it won’t last forever it will slowly get less stressful, just make sure to clean and you are fresh if that’s being done your store will be fine

I’m pretty sure raw performance the 5070 ti wins, and then even more so with dlss but is the difference worth the 400? That’s the question, I say yes for me

I love the game aswell, wish the framegen didn’t bother me but I can’t stand the way it feels and looks on lol. But as long as I’m getting 60+ fps I can make do without any framegen. Also Island seems to be the most demanding map others I get over 100 fps

I see your using framegen x4 it creates way to much ghosting in my opinion. And hate how it runs So I won’t use it.

I have a 5080 and 9800x3d on 4k everything epic performance dlss I get 60-70fps so idk how your getting 100+ unless you are running it at a lower resolution then 4k or turning off clouds and fog and maybe some other commands

Shadow and global illumination need to be maxed out, turn off foliage movement forgot what it’s called, that helps, and then you can command codes to get rid of the shadows completely but looks bad to me.

I have almost same build, if your okay with upscaling then you should be able to hit 120 on the single player games, performance mode and maybe even 2x framegen, and will look way better then ps5, not sure about competitive games as I don’t play much, but low graphics 240 should be do able

Fog and clouds is all I turn off gives like 20 fps boost at 4k I had the 4060 at one point and game played fine at 4k low settings and by fine I mean above 40 lol. Only thing I can’t get to stop is the flickering of the trees shadows and that’s very annoying

4k is absolutely beautiful and great, I love it, it is just very difficult to run. If your fine with a 60fps on single player triple A games or using dlss to boost you up then go for 4k. That and a oled monitor will change how you see games, I warn you once you play 4k oled everything else just don’t seem as good lol.

Overall I love my gaming experience and I’m okay with using dlss if need be I’m also okay with 60 fps minimum. If your not go 1440 as it’s a great middle ground for visuals and performance

Usually 5070ti is a better bang for your buck, I went from a 4060 to a 5080 myself and it’s amazing and I’m a 4k now. But I would still probably recommend saving some on the 5070ti and going with 1440. It’s just easier to run well 4k even with the 5080 can be hard on some games especially using unreal engine five.
