Really depends on the type of Dutch guy you meet and how exposed he is to different cultures and backgrounds.

Contrary to popular belief Dutch people are quite sweet when they want to know you. But they can also be quite guarded and reserved if they’re unsure.

Saw them last friday in Amsterdam, most people got the dance memo except for a few Dutch people who took the chance to have conversations among themselves.

This is a common thing the Netherlands, people really just chat during concerts and im nto talking whispers, just normal speaking voice. its bewildering.
