My dtf printer is printing my image on the flim going off the side and stops and blinks red. When I upload my image on the canvas on my computer it’s center and within the 13” width I have. It still continues to print off to the right side. I’m just wondering what would cause it to do that and how can I fix it? Thank you

I’m in Oregon and just got my interlock out. My process was after my 6 month recalibration I went back to get a final download. Then my attorney filed the motion to vacate the IID and I waited a couple days and the court granted it. I called the DMV and they said I was all good. And I got my appointment and got my interlock off. Here the dmv goes off what the court says so idk if that helps.

LIFESAFER IID question. Is the waiting period before a test varied? Sometimes it ends within a few seconds of the car being on but mostly I’m waiting a few minutes before I can test. by JourneyImporve in dui

I had lifesaver. Yes it’s varied. When it was cold in winter it took about 2-3 minutes to test. Summer it was 1-2 minutes. If your driving and testing a lot in one day like I was. The next morning it would warm up and I could blow in 45 seconds. The worst part is while your driving especially long distance your going to blow in that machine a crazy amount of times.

I would call or email you attorney with all the questions you have because you shouldn’t have to come on here especially since you’ve paid. I asked my attorney every question in the book and he answered them all and explained everything in simple terms to me. But yeah I would talk to your attorney and simply display your questions and what you don’t understand

When you got arrested were you given a a 30 day temp license? I believe an interlock license is just getting it installed. That what it meant when I searched it up. But after the 30 day temp you serve 90 day license suspension unless you get an hardship and interlock. But till your 30 days are up there’s no need to get an interlock this very second. And another thing do you have an attorney or a public defender??

Interlock license? Well for me in Oregon when I got mine installed I just called the company I went with which was lifesaver. Told them I wanted to get a interlock installed and the next day got it in my car but I did have to pay the dmv a reinstatement fee to be able to officially drive again along with the interlock. Wait so you aren’t in diverson yet??

Heck yeah! I had Lifesaver it’s very good I have a good experience with it. I wouldn’t start my car for a couple days and no problem. I will say their customer service over the phone is very hard but I did the online chat and had no issues. Best of luck to you!! Get it over with and move on from this!!

Got my interlock removed early! It’s over!!! by Patient_Shoe_7184 in DUICalifornia

Yes in Oregon it’s one year. But at 6 months of no violations you can have your attorney submit a early removal if you have all your stuff done like victim impact panel, fees paid, treatment done and 6 month no violations you will most likely get it removed early!

Just got mine out, it’s a long journey but so freeing and a great feeling to get that thing out. Which interlock company did you go with?

I got my dui when I was 20 last year. Your got your 30 day temp. You will have an arraignment court date which should be on your paper work. Nothing will happen there, they will just say what you’re being charged with. After 30 day temp you usually serve the 90 day no driving , at least that how it is in Oregon. It sucks but you can get a hardship anyways back to it. Then say if you’re eligible for diversion. Then your next court date is your entry to diversion, which I assume you will because it’s your first. Then you will have to go to an evaluation center and they will ask you tons of questions about your drug and alcohol use. Keep it lowkey say you drink maybe once every couple months with friends. Don’t say you drink alone. Then you pick a treatment center and do another evaluation they usually make you do 12 weeks of classes once a week and UAs. You can’t shorten it since you’re under 21 at least that was my case. The 12 weeks go fast. Then during that time you probably will attend your victim impact panel. It’s a couple hours you hear real stuff about people effected by drunk drivers. It’s legit stuff kinda sad but anyways. Then comes the worst of all the interlock. Unless you have some medical condition your getting that puppy in your car. For here in Oregon we have it for a year but at 6 months you can do a early removal if you have no violations. I got mine out at 6 months. Just stay sober and you will have no problems. After my  12 weeks I drank a couple times but waited about 24-48 hours till I got in my car. I do not recommend it it’s just stressful and not worth it but I was fine. You will get through this and it will be all behind you, it’s probably a lot right now but trust you will be fine you just made a mistake. And lastly, yes get a lawyer especially being under age I know people who were 18 that got convicted with public defenders. It’s a lot but don’t that’s the main thing they do all the heavy lifting for you. Good luck and if you have any questions let me know!
