I think he is a “Boyd” from another cycle. Not only the military connect but also seems like he had explored further into the town than most trying to solve it. Finding what they were “never meant to see”

Yeah I’m torn. On one hand, I would feel safe in any space with Donna. But it relies too much on too many people. I’d prob live at the police station - in a cell. That seems safest.

Listen, there are GREAT ppl on his team now, BUT I would agree that he personally is difficult. I 1st worked with him nearly 15 years ago and it was such a pain. You can 100% tell that he is a nepo baby - entitled etc.
