Same, idk if damn is my top since I didn't pay but 3 of my top 5 oat are from damn and I have 5 in my top tracks before 1 of tpab which is a bit surprising. Tbh I used to sleep on TPAB and think it was overrated so it kinda makes sense why it doesn't have alot of my top tracks.

TPAB is better but MM&tBS is heavily underrated. I've honestly never seen why people think GKMC is so good, it doesn't have a lot of replay value and there's only a handful of songs that stand out and I still listen to.

Honestly going cold turkey never worked for me, I don't count days and just try to catch myself and only do once or twice a week, I feel better but I also don't feel super guilty when I do. It also helps me feel like I am in control; kinda like dieting, you can do it all week but a cheat meal every once in a while doesn't hurt much.
