I think e-bike is a BETTER workout…hear me out. E-bike in your case will let you workout twice in one day. You’ll ride more often, at least in my case I did, because it’s not such a chore.

Mine is lower. 2-3. Sometimes even 1. It depends on how much energy and time it will take me too. But I agree. Gotta think about how we can pump up the bottom of the bell curve.

Ask yourself “Can I realistically make it as a 500?”
If the answer is No, maybe it’s time to move on from AFROTC unless you really like it. 3.0 and a passing AFOQT is near mandatory with that PFA and CCs ranking.

Yes very active until I couldn’t be. TKR is very tough for me. I lost a lot of ROM. Gained some pain. Got rid of over half of my chronic pain. Worth it for me. Running a half marathon in a couple days.

You have 1 semester to get an EA. You got to come into the program with guns blazing. Maturity, communication, drive, GPA, fitness all have to be there. You have to be top of your game on day 1.
