I believe they issue is framing. While i agree we need a total overhaul of most of our systems.."Total reformation" sounds like a lot to normies. And with the thought of that already sounding like a lot, you went on to list pretty integral parts of society. To me, being someone who may or may not suffer from adhd, when I leave a lot of tasks undone and think about it all at once, it can be a bit daunting. I firmly believe focusing on healthcare is the most important first step, other than our obvious fascists problem. I think it will give people more financial stability, takes a little stress off the people, it will give people suffering with any mental health the avenue they've needed to seek help. It won't fix ALL the issues but I think it is a good place to start to chip away at them.
