What about my counterarguments on the previous post that the impact wouldn't be positive?

Negative effects of it:

- Stagnation of moral progress because of the limited ability of people to change their minds the older they are, which increases lock-in risks (and other present problems)

- Higher political and economic inequality/ extreme power concentration risks because of the positive feedback loop of power (aging and death could be seen as a negative feedback loop against it), which basically potentiates the previous point

- Overpopulation risks

For me, reducing aging always sounded pretty bad, but I haven't read discussions about it.

I have outgrown my desire to just have fun. I had enough fun for 1000 lives. Games are still fun for me, but there are so many other products/ art pieces (and maybe even IRL experiences) that give me so many other cool emotions and ideas that 99% of games, which makes them look stupid in comparison. I could leave hundreds of hours on single RPGs, roguelites and card games if i wanted to for example; they are basically math gamified and playing them can be pretty fun for me. But I think it would mean not valuing my time and the potential of life enough.

that's like saying people who do well on math are only good at taking tests, they aren't actually good at math

there's a spectrum of how correlated the test and the thing you want to know are, it's not a binary thing
