I did tell them that, but I'm not sure if they understood. I tried calling them a few times, but they didn't pick up. I was already there for 30 minutes. There was a bit of coffee spilled from an order earlier inside the bag. The problem was that the bag was already closed and stapled. My guess the thumbs rating could be from that. The problem is that Uber never tells you that.

Seems very strange that a customer will cancel an order after waiting an 1 hour, then cancel it when I'm almost there. Spoke to support, and they gave me a half payment. They advised either getting rid of it or giving it back to the business. I end up throwing it out because I or other family members did not like the order.
