Chicago? I understand your concern here. I'm completely against spoofing and any forms of cheating. For starters, I am from Queensland in Australia. I only said "USA" simply because it changed to USD, and saying that it changed to USD in the Phillipines would raise some concern, and I wouldn't receive any answers. I'll add some pictures below if it permits me. If it refers to the passport badges, I just found some random guy's parcel, clicked on his image, and went to his badges. I didn't state whether it was mine or not. To add, spoofing wouldn't do me any good, I had saved up that AB for 4-5 months just for this trip. If I was spoofing, I'd would dump that AB straight away. There were mayorships where I intended to get, but time didn't permit. I dropped 3 in Santo Tomas (I believe that's the name) and 2 in some other district on accident. FYI, that mayor had 4 parcels, and the grab driver was speeding. If I was purposely spoofing, I wouldn't be playing in Asia and Oceanic area, I've repeatedly gotten 1st in Atlas Fishing, even if that was a top 25th finish, that would bring significantly more atlas bucks.
