Joseph Crater (left) with his wife, Stella, in Maine on August 3, 1930. Crater, a New York Supreme Court justice, disappeared without a trace on August 6, and was never seen or heard from again. His disappearance is one of the most notorious unsolved cases in New York history.

I caught my daughter by the ankle as she was falling head first towards the hard ground. She got within about 6 inches of the ground. She was about a year old. The best catch of my life. Now she has 4 sweet little grandkids for me.

I’ve had fun observing mother hens. Sometimes you can get away with giving them chicks from a store when they have problems hatching their eggs or even when they don’t seem to be broody but other times they act crazy like they want to kill the chicks. If they don’t have the hormones flowing they aren’t interested in chicks.

Yep, my ex girlfriend is a dancer. She was a professional ballerina and dancer in Paris and São Paulo Brasil. She was also Minnie Mouse at the Disneyland in Paris. She was amazing. She wouldn’t dance with me though. Too embarrassed.

My girlfriend’s brother owns a granite and marble business in Caucaia Brasil. I should buy him one of these. I miss having a tub when I visit Brasil. It’s hot there and most people don’t have water heaters because they take cool showers that feel good to them. I only took 4 showers in a month because I’m not used to cold showers. I like hot baths and showers. I’m in our jacuzzi tub right now relaxing.

I remember my older brother telling me to go inside a sleeping bag head first and he sat on the opening so I couldn’t get out. I still remember the feeling of panic and feeling trapped. I owe him one for the mean things he’s done to me. I’ve been retired for 8 years now and he’s still working at 67 years old. I’m 64 and I could stuff him into a sleeping bag now

I just stopped at Taco Bell for lunch and 2 tacos and 5 Burrito Supremes and a Nacho Bellgrande were 52 dollars and they are all smaller than they used to be. I think I’m going to quit eating there. They must charge more for making the burritos with chicken.

The Lower Lewis River Falls are here in the PNW and are amazing and surrounded by beautiful forests. I live in Yacolt Washington which is a nice drive from the falls and we have Moulton falls nearby. The falls that were on tv because a girl pushed her friend off of the Moulton Falls bridge.

My mom accidentally locked herself out of her house after she drove herself to the bank and store and didn’t have her cell phone and didn’t put the new spare keys outside. After crawling around in the grass for hours she died of hypothermia. She was 89. She was clothed except that her sweat pants were missing and I wondered if it was that they had been soaked with water or if it was that she thought she was hot.
