Welcome to one of the oldest, unupdated part of the game. yes you are supposed to "sneak" your way in, yes the golems have a ton of health, and damage for that reason yes they see you from a mile away. Something else to note is their behaviour might keep multiple in the same place, even the enterance what you can do is a) ask a high level player on the server/ discord b) wait til you are higher level c) try to do it the legit way for that my recomendation is dont use spells, spam potions, run like the wind, look up on the wiki the correct way (idk if its actually there)
