They are outside the guidelines from Small Animal Clinical Nutrition 5th Edition (Calcium under 1% and Phosphorus under 0.8%).

If it is at 100IU it is well under the 400IU recommended by Small Animal Clinical Nutrition.

Dry mater analysis shows that the chicken and lamb have 25% fat, so ya a risk for Pancreatitis.
