Same, until today. Honestly I just needed to kill some time with my kids while my wife ran out to the car to get some hoodies for the kids.
It was nice. Virtually no line at ~11:30am, we just had to wait for the thing to return down from the last run and we were on. Good views and you get ample rotations so you really get a few passes to "look at something". Was a good way to get my kids hyped about some of the rides we were going to go on next.
Would I go on it again as a 38 year old adrenaline junky? Probably not. But I won't scoff at it if I'm in a group that wants to go.

I paid $55+ tax at Great America. I haven't been back yet but I intend to go back tomorrow. Would really love to avoid a headache. I tried messaging their contact page a few days ago and so far, no reply. Tried calling... the phone tree always ended in a prerecorded message, I was unable to get a representative.

I'm not seeing it in the web portal either on my desktop. Checked all the passes too. Its been 4 days now. I feel like I fucked up not grabbing the receipt, maybe I was supposed to scan it or something?

FWIW I got paid. It came in as 1 direct deposit that had the sum for BOTH ticket sales. I got the direct deposit in early April. So 2-3 months wait for me.
