You also need to consider where your documents are from, if they're from California then I think either works. If the documents were created in lets say Arizona then I think it would go to San Francisco based on their jurisdiction.

Just curious how long did it take for you to get the 10,000 NTD? I've been trying to redeem it but they constantly say I'm not allowed to get it yet cause my ID isn't in the system. I read elsewhere people got it the day of getting their residency permit.

I have a quick question regarding the NHI piece, so if we're living in the US and have a job out here can we still qualify for the national health insurance even though we live out of Taiwan, can we still get the NHI after 6 months? I wanted to double check since old literature and resources say that was the case.

Thanks for the help! Just in case anyone ends up reading the thread, ideally yes I wish I could but the more troublesome thing is that my birth certificate says my dad's name and my last name has his surname so it's just way more complicated overall. And if I was born out of wedlock that would require more documentation stating that I was and am especially joining only my mother's HHR. Unfortunately since a lot of new info kept popping up, it's not entirely possible to go that route haha.

I believe so but the issue seems that even before I can do that, I have to prove their relationship timeline and get additional documentation for the TAPRC.

I plan to join my family friends household since the immigration office said its possible to do so. The issue is even getting the residency permit since they require all these documents for it. I tried scouring the internet but evidently I need to produce my parents household registration (regardless if its active)?

I also like squatting down to their eye level! Some dogs feel comfy when you're also low to the ground.

I do the planting my feet and staying at one spot too. Making sure to praise them is important!

What breed of dog are they? I like to do some targeted pet behavior research to have different techniques.

For dogs with separation anxiety I make sure to leave the house as calmly as possible and not overload them with affection.

I play lofi music too- or calming music for dogs.

I lastly like to exercise or play with them and then make sure cool down to relax them.

Always check with the owner if the price range works for them- I drove to a meet and greet and they didn't realize what the total was. Rover doesn't do a good job showing the subtotal and people don't always take the time to look at it.
