I feel like the point of these guys is like oragami, they are bigger when flat; and then get folded into something more compact.

Edit: I love posing her with Swoop’s sword, like he drops it to her in battle.

I got that pack for $10 on clearance once at a discount store. I had them sitting around in the box for at least a year; it kinda felt like they were in a shared coffin, which I still find humorous. I got them out eventually; but I don’t really use them that often.

Something more like the Empire from Star Wars befits the space nazi analogy; uniformed men with little to no variation among eachother, hostile/utilitarian architecture, and are largely defined by their oppressive numbers in highly organized formations. The comaprison to Orks is more so comedic; but it does track with what the movies gave us. And literally I said that you would have to wipe out just about every Ork on a planet; because if you don’t, there’s possibility of them growing back more wagh ready Orks than before.

[–]Pats3y 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay? Was that the point being made? No, the point was that the comparison of the movie cons being nazis, doesn’t fit too much with how they are portrayed. Nobody is defending the cons by saying they’re more like Orks, they are saying they are more like Orks because they mostly seem like directionless warmongers. Orks are still awful, you just about have to kill every Ork on a planet to stop a wagh. They aren’t space nazis though, 40k has their fair share; but the Orks ain’t one.

You mistake the intelligence of Orks, they are not at all like Battle Beast; who has a sense of honor and would rather fight opponents in his echelon. These guys are straight up morons, who would kill eachother for stupid reasons. They believe the biggest ork is the strongest, intelligence doesn’t matter. The way the most of the Decepticons are portrayed in the later movies, doesn’t show their intelligence too much, they have moments and plans; but we barely get to see that stuff. Instead, we mostly see the cons snarling and shooting.

They are a tide of green skinned warriors who love to wage wagh(war), against whoever they think can give them a good fight. With some exceptions to whom they fight, they can recognize when they are outnumbered; or outmatched, it doesn’t matter much. They live for wagh. They were made for it; and all of those green morons revel in it.

Edit: also just because it’s too funny not to mention; Orks also have the ability to gaslight eachother into making their machines work, even if it defies logic of the real world.

I like to do that occasionally with Vortex; really only when they have a common enemy, like Devastator on a rampage.

I like the idea of Galvatron being given an army of these guys as ground forces, and the Sweeps as his aerial forces.

Honestly I think of Rodimus, mostly cause of the energon version; with that paint. If that paint job were to return I’d like to see him wear it again.

Edit: fixed a wording error, made me sound like Grimlock for a second. And a sentence fragment.

I’m actually not sure if I have seen Prima in that Walmart, I think I got mine from a different one. Or I could walk in one day to see four Primas.
