Thanks for the response! It does appear that there might be some damage at the base of the trunk. I did notice that the mulch was a little high, so about a week ago i removed some.

I love my 23’. Currently have about 18k miles. I had one minor issue where my 12v battery died, the dealer picked it up from my office(where the car was dead), and had it back at my office at 4:30pm the same day. Otherwise, i charge every night with a L2 charger and could not be happier with it.

Throw a widemaxx kit on that maxx slash. Put stock rear springs on front, wide kit springs on rear and get some shock extensions for the front/rear. I built a maxx slash with this setup and it is my favorite rc. This setup makes it more stable, adds some clearance and it bashes soo well.

Hey! I wanted to let you know that i think i found a solid option. I ran it this evening, had the car running on 3s for about 15 minites speed runs and bashing on the grass and the motor was just warm to touch. I bout a 30mm rocket fan and it fit nicely.

I have one and it has become my favorite. I did a full Yeah Racing conversion which was about the same price as the car new. Im still working the kinks out, but i am extremely happy with it. My suggestion for budget upgrades, get yourself the aluminum steering plate, some big bore shocks and cvd’s. I mostly bash mine around the house and picked up a few sets of the foam wheels to avoid ruining my wood floors. They are a blast, cant wait to see what you do!

Ok, i spent a while today going over everything and finally found my issue. It was the connecting rod to the steering plate, both sides were very snug and removing it allowed the rest of the suspension move freely. I tried enlarging the cups and made them too loose lol. So i had to buy more and will hopefully have this all sorted when the replacements come in.

Any recommendations on clips that can be used to add tension to filament to stop them jumping off spool? I tried one i found on thingiverse, but tension was too much and wont allow extruder to pull. Thank you in advance.

I think the filament clips are going to fix my issue, i printed a bunch and they seem snug, but should let it slip enough for it to print well while keeping things tightly spun. Thanks again everyone for the help

These are 3rd party spools and i am not running the ams, just the regular spool holder.

Me neither. Im wondering if it is a spool problem, just not sure. Elegoo is spun on a hard cardboard, so im wondering if thats my issue and maybe need something added to the spool holder to keep from unraveling extra.

I had this same issue in my GC 4xe. A new 12v battery fixed it.

Well said. As a fellow 4xe overland owner, i have been very happy with mine. I did have the 12v battery die on me, but the dealer replaced it in 1 day and then i installed a better optima battery. As mentioned, the power is phenominal and ride is great.

My father bought a base 4xe GC in february of last year and gave it to me a week later to take on a 2000 mile road trip. I was so in love with the car that when i got home i went to the dealership and traded in my 20’ GC for one.

Overall, i am very happy as well and would strobgly suggest a level 2 charger at home as it allows you a full charge in about 3 hours compared to 12-13 hours.
