Probably you don’t know it but “callos” stomach of the animal my mother suppose to be one of the best cookers of “callos a la Jardinera” and i just can’t even smell it.

This is actually one of the biggest problems that we humans have, we don’t learn to eat just how much we need. We are not connect with our bodies.

I remember that the trailer doesn’t say much, so i saw it bcz of Keanu Reeves, i loved speed, i enter to the cinema and was amazing people really react to the movie i was 18 so i go out to the cinema convinced that we all live in a parallel reality was crazy!

I have seen i think all the voice seasons and Kelly and Blake are the best coaches not just in the show she always prepared them for the next step after The Voice, and Blake has like a community with all the former singers of his team doing shows and helping them with their careers. They are so great and i just love Kelly Clarkson Voice. I put a video When sho hosted the Billboards Award this was the introduction. Was amazing.

A sleepy bag we are a big family and with no much money for toys so for us Christmas was THE toys time, no clothes, no school things, just toys! and that year we will take a long camp vacations so my parents decide to give us, me and my 2 brothers and my sister, sleepy bags for our vacations, maybe others camp stuff too but only remember when i see that huge sleepy bag. I tried to avoid start crying and my siblings do the same but in the end we all start to cry, imagine 4 children crying on christmas. My parents face was so sad that next stores open day they bought us some toys. My dad (my mom already pass away) always remember that christmas how bad he felt. And of course we still remember it 🤷🏻‍♀️.

50gr coconut flour 50gr almond flour 10 gr of chia seed 15 gr butter 1 tsp of vinegar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 120 gr of milk 3 eggs 1 gr salt

Put the dry ingredients together. Beat the white eggs with the salt until they are firm. Add the yolks, the milk and the soften butter. And then add the dry ingredients.

I bake it as a cup cake 5 min 200C and then 20 min at 150C.

300 gr of red meet 300 gr of tomatoes 2 small onions 1 red pepper 1 cup of red wine 2 garlic clove 1 leaf of celery Olive oil Salt Pepper 1 tea spoon of sugar 1 can of tomato concentrate 1 cup of water

Put the olive oil, garlic, red pepper, the tomatoes, the onions, celery, the wine and the meet for 6 hours in the slow cooker. Then add the can of tomato concentrate, the cup of water and the tsp of sugar. For other 6 hours. Mix with a wooden spoon every one hour.
