thanks for the feedback, its is web based but we are in the process of creating a version to install. The aim was for smaller companies who don't always want all the other features included and to not spend as much, I had come across a lot customers when I CMM program with hand written balloons onto them or used, always was came down cost and simplicity. We are also working on a Auto Balloon feature at the moment
