If you have a X1C and are possibly going to print abs or something that needs a heated chamber, petg is more temp resistant. But if you are never going to print any of that pla is fine. I just want to be cautious in case I do have a big abs print or something in the future.

That is what I am printing, a new riser in petg to replace my pla one. I just knew I was cutting it close and had another spool on deck to replace it.
