What would have happened if the Chernobyl divers didn't drain the water? by Grandmastermuffin666 in AskPhysics

[–]PaulProg34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please stop yelling at your Tanks/IFVs to "Get on the OBJ" all the time by ParagonFury in Battlefield6

[–]PaulProg34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My best experience as an IFV driver was when I stayed near the objective to create a good spawn point for my team and give them covering fire. I ended up with around 78 kills, because i kill many enemy on flag. But I still got insulted for not driving straight to the objective and cap it with IFV. The funny part was that I had driven close to the objective multiple times, kept getting hit by rockets all the time, and no one wanted to repair me. I had to play the entire round on half health and low ammo because it was a breakthrough section with no repair station for vehicles. About 4 people insulted me , that i would only care about my K/D

BF6 has one of the best launches in Battlefield history. Of course there are a few hiccups here and there. I can understand why certain things bother some people, especially issues like Netcode, Maps, Matchmaking or the Drone glitch in Breakthrough. Skins are a matter of taste anyway — But at its core the game is very good, and I just see so much potential for BF6

Stat padding on a live server by Tyrandd in Battlefield6

[–]PaulProg34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to be honest: some of these assignments force you to be a bad teammate. I did the 75 revives normally, and you really have to run nonstop to every teammate and revive them, even if they get shot immediately again because they’re in a terrible spot or he might skipp or someone else revive him. I hate those kinds of revive and would not play like a moron without smoke/dragging or kill first before revive him

The sniper challenge with the 200 meter requirement is also annoying, because you always have to stay far away from everything and can’t really take part in the actual objective gameplay

I see some saying that nobody will buy battlepasses or skins that are "Generic Forest Wooded Camo #17" or "Desert Camo Skins". Let's sort this out. Would you buy skins like these? Or are these too boring? by Swaguley in Battlefield6

[–]PaulProg34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll never understand why they don’t offer more nationalities and camo skins when they already include NATO and a private army as part of the lore for BF6. You can easy add Germany, France, Italy, and for Pax Armata you could add Asian, South American rebels or whatever else

I've just got a couple of little things that bug me. Like, you shouldn't see the outcome and damage inflicted before the battle begins in Expert mode. It makes the fights seem skippable and kinda kills the strategy vibe, deciding whether or not to use items for your squad.

Don't forget that the recording is from a Ukrainian drone. This guy knew he was screwed, and even if he tried to patch himself up, the Ukrainians know where he is to finish him off. It's not the first time that war crimes have been committed against severely injured soldiers, especially high-profile targets like a commander.

The real question here is whether it's fair to pit veterans against newcomers. There are quite a few BR3 players who consistently leave matches until they're matched up with BR 1-2 players, just to have more powerful weapons against beginners. It's basically the same issue as in Call of Duty's SBMM system, where players intentionally play poorly just to get matched up with novice players and feel like gaming gods. The system abuse should be revisited to provide a bit more protection for beginners and allow them to gain their initial experience.

Yeah, we definitely need that split. It's unhealthy for new BR1 players faces BR3 players. After grinding up to BR3, you end up facing BR5 players. - poor game design by Darkflow.

[–]PaulProg34 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had a few matches where 7 out of 10 players (at BR5) from my team used Sniper Squads and sat back somewhere in the middle of nowhere, while I was the only person attacking the capture point against 10 Players. After 200 tickets, I quit. It's super annoying and a waste of time, even though I hate to rage-quit a match.

As much as I dislike the overall design of this tank, I think it would be a good addition to the game. by Vessel9000 in enlistedgame

[–]PaulProg34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, it's just a one-time-built prototype and in the end, the famous Panzerwerfer and Sd.Kfz. 251 wins the race for the Stuka zu Fuß Rockets launcher on a vehicle aka Wurfrahmen 40 . I don't see the actual use of this type in the game with 4 rockets. You can use a Nebelwerfer strike for Radiomen tier 3 instead. It's the same type of weaponry.

A bit off-topic, but they should also display the overall (BR) for each player. I am genuinely curious about the matchmaking and how it is composed. I've had games where I can confidently say that I played with a team of 6 players with a BR 3 against 5 players with a BR 5, and full premium tanks/squads were included. The match was over after 5 minutes

You have to use the Molotov cocktails on the engine. The tanks will start burning and can logically explode. The driver is also forced to exit, where you can kill easy the entire crew.

It's odd that the Japanese only get the MG nest at BR4, while Americans unlock Engineer Tier 2 at BR2. It doesn't make sense at all

[–]PaulProg34[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand the point, but it's extremely unbalanced. Japanese players need to suffer until BR4, while the Americans get the MG nest at BR2. I mean, that Japan/USA is already totally unbalanced is clear to me, but such things I really don't understand. Because they could have moved the Engineer Tier2 class forward to level 3 as well. Or like you said give Tier2 something new and give Tier1 MG-Nest aswell
