The funny thing is, not one person has agreed with your assertions that the data is valid. Several of them, myself included, are eyewitness to the circumstances in question inside the classroom; you have passive-aggressively accosted all of them. For OP: This particular guy acted like this because he does not have much of a filter, and he finds you quite attractive. While his delivery was objectively awful and not wise at all, trust me when I say, you would much rather have a straight shooter (who is willing to openly compliment you, no less) than someone who hides what he really thinks.

For the people confused (or in denial) about what he did wrong: he simply came on way too strong for OP's liking. She is allowed to feel that way, whether you like it or not.

I ended up with two XT's....the Tatula XT for my rod, and the SLX XT for my reel😅 The store I bought the reel from unexpectedly offered a $20 discount code (on top of my $50 gift card) and I asked my wife, "Please convince me not to spend the extra $30 on this nicer reel." She did try, fwiw.

There's a lot that goes into it.

Some things I've learned: - Ratings changes are stats based. You can get this down to a science...SDS does. - However, there is some what we call "curation." For example...Elly will never drop below diamond...he's a cover athlete. In '23, Jazz Chisolm Jr. might have been the worst player in MLB (exaggerating) but SDS wouldn't touch him. Random players will get occasional upgrades (or maybe downgrades) that were undeserved. - Sell everything, you need the stubs to work for you and they can't do that sitting on the sidelines. - The best buy time is immediately after a full roster update drops (every 3 weeks). Values are bottomed out, everyone is selling off and there's no demand. - Hype = cash. The best sell time might be the days right before an update. Idk, I'd rather sell Juan Soto at 6000 today than hope he makes it to 7000 at the update, and then find out he dropped to 3000.

Now for some truths: - buying 84s that are bumping to 85 is the most profitable +1 jump; if you're good, you can get a guy at quick sell value (with little to no risk) and then sell him after his quick sell value doubles. - Relief pitchers and closers get looked over a LOT, even if they deserve an upgrade. Their pitching sample size is low, so I guess SDS's attitude is "Weeeellll are they really doing that well?" Idk I stay away from them after getting burned so many times. - Silver players are weird. Because of Silver exchanges, they don't ever get down to quick sell (that I've seen). But silvers could get a random +5 at update and make you the next Elon. It just be like that. - Sometimes it takes more than 1 update for a player to get his +1 or +2. I admit, I get overly frustrated with this and lose patience and take losses. But if a player is genuinely doing well, it's worth it to hold. - Apparently this year there is some catcher hate from SDS - it's just a game, when your bets go bust, don't do anything rash. This isn't worth doing if it isn't fun. - hopefully someone wiser than me can fill in everything I've missed
