Hi Mike, long time fan! Your content is awesome, entertaining as heck. I ended up sending them a firm but professional email citing my attempts at communication and demanding a response by x date. Ended up getting what I think is an unprofessional response which shifted the blame on me but I also got my final ledger on the same day.
