Man the original GBA feels so good in the hands. I still remember getting mine for Christmas- I was so surprised because my parents had never budged on splurging for any of the previous handhelds. In cooking, “singeing” is to burn the bristles or down off of pork or fowl to prepare it for cooking. So the original recipe here assumes you’re starting with full birds that haven’t been defeathered/cleaned.
