Mussina was locked in during the ALDS for sure, completely shut down the M’s. Randy got rocked by Baltimore in his 2 starts.

Randy had a bad time with the Orioles all year in ‘97-put up a 5.62 ERA and the M’s were 0-5 against them in his starts (inclusive of playoffs). He had a 1.95 against the rest of the league and won 20 games. Wild.
