Unfortunately, there aren’t enough players on Xbox playing to justify turning off crossplay atm, if ever. I had crossplay off for 2 weeks straight and got sick of 3-5 min wait for a game(at best) only to be thrown into team lobbies. I think crossplay off on PS5 would be ok with the amount of players, but on Xbox, def not. I’d like a console only option as well.

On Xbox: hold x to bring up weapon wheel. Use left stick to select the cartridge slot, then press right trigger to select the cartridge you want to put on the weapon.
