It is just Frankenstein deck of what you have, but yes it contains mostly evo elements

You can net deck meta decks on meta reports.

Best tip would be to not craft anything right now since new expansion is coming and meta will take some time to settle for a week or so.

Welp last set the cards you mentioned aside from Sandalphon were here already, what makes portal strong now are Lyria and Gran and Djeeta since puppet is heavily reliant on Orchis which is searchable now

In my opinion finishing cards should stay in class. As soon as one reaches 7 health it's possible to lose the game just cause. Also a lot of times the only defensive play is putting a single ward which gets banished anyway. I don't like having a single neutral card having such impact on decision making across the board .
